Cheese is our obsession, and has been our passion for over 70 years. Don Salvador Rodriguez started out collecting milk in the earthenware jars to produce an artisan cheese, made with his very own hands.
Crafted in the Zamora and La Mancha regions of Spain, El Pastor and Torero Matador cheeses are inspired by the culture of Spain and therefore complement the finest foods, wines and scenery of the land.
